Cornerstone Christian Homeschool Cooperative
A Firm Foundation
Cornerstone Christian Homeschool Cooperative was formed in 2013 to serve families in Joliet, Illinois and the surrounding towns. We continue to exist in order to provide a Christian community that works together to create a firm foundation for our children.
Faith
We provide a mix of academic and enrichment classes taught by parents who openly express faith in Christ.
Teachers
At CCHC, parents are the primary teachers. In rare instances, we contract an adult to teach some of the classes.
Academics
We do not follow a set curriculum. Our classes change year to year depending on interest and availability.
Assembly
Every Monday, our parents and PreK-6th grade students meet together from 10:30-11:00 for a snack time, prayer, and the Pledge of Allegiance.
Growing
We are continually growing and offering more opportunities to our students depending on student interest.
Events
In the spring, we offer an optional Field Day. In December, we offer an optional Christmas Program.
